#2898 Improve help for (custom) icons
The current help (FAQ) on icons for KeePass 2 just lists the supported formats by filename extension.
I'd wish to have some more details, like size, color depth, color mode (indexed vs. "true color"), etc.
Also some words about permissions could be helpful (e.g. for users that have no administrative rights on the installation):
Icons can be provided via the KeePass directory, but when you add icons via the menu, are those stored in the database (no admin rights needed), or are they stored in the KeePass directory then?
Maybe also explain the effect of icons being too large or too small or using an unexpected aspect ratio (e.g. non-square pixels).
