Version 0.7.1 released

1) compatibility with Eclipse 3.2.
2) compatibility with IBM RSA 7.0 and other complex Eclipse stacks.

Version 0.7 released

This is the first release of the server adapter in its new home - SourceForge. Moving to SourceForge bring also another major change - the project is now distributed under the Eclipse Public License.

New in this release is only the new license text. There is no functional difference compared to the last 0.6.3 release.
