Windows temp folder settings does not working for years.. If big problem if...

there is simple to replicated problem with Windows version for years, working directory settings is ignored, at least when you try to extract archive, by opening it and drag file to windows explorer folder.
Its broken for at least 6 years:

Some files systemy too big to use system drive temp.. Also user experience make no sense, because extracting process is started, even when is sure that it could finishing (no enough free space on disk), some ad hoc target temp directory change dialog would be nice feature too.

Workaround is press F9 add extract it by "copying" file to other folder.. but its not intuitive before i googled it, i dont even know that 7-Zip has 2 panel mode, some toolbar icon for it would be appropriate.

Before i simply had to use Total Commander or other File extracting utility.

I also tried to change working folder settings as admin (BTW that is another issue - some settings arent applied without admin rights and 7Zip, does not bother to check if settings actually where changed or not).

I believe it intuive programs and make thing simple as possible and failproof as possible and current solution is not designed such way, other 7zip Filemanage is still the best nice tool.
