Free Outlook Plugin, which synchronizes events, tasks and contacts between Outlook and Google, SOGo, NextCloud, Horde or any other CalDAV or CardDAV server. Supported Outlook versions are 2021, 2019, 2016, 2013, 2010 and 2007 and Office 365 for Desktop.
This project was initially developed as a master thesis project at the University of Applied Sciences Technikum Wien, Software Engineering Degree program. Outlook CalDav Synchronizer is Free and Open-Source Software (FOSS), still you can support the project by donating on Sourceforge or directly within the About dialog of our Plugin.

If it works, it works good, but if it don't work i miss lack of support or at least an answer from the developers to the problems. I see many other users with similar issues without any response. For me the support is completly not available and the software is for m broken and not usable. Mostly my users complain about issues since over a year and no solution. They now also are not interested anymore in any support. Also if now, after this review, some one of the dev's reach me, they are now not anymore in the mood to pay and i'm too, for support, because of lack of communications they see here in the tickets or on github. They give there money now other open source project with better responses to there issue. I mean an answer "I see the problem but we currently don't have a plan what cases this error" , it costs nothing but the user see that someone see that there is an issue and don't feel no one cares or "it need further investiations, if you need faster support we can look into the this issue with commercial support" or something similar.

Installed, tried, - unable to create the first profile: every time I attempted to do that, it locked up Outlook (2019 - connected to on-prem Exchange 2019) to the point where it was completely unresponsive and could not be closed. I had to use a task manager tool to kill it. After several attempts, Outlook would not start even after I uninstalled CalDav sync. I had to restart the Exchange Information store service (thank goodness I own the server and can do that) before I could get back into Outlook.

Since more then 5 month we will be runarounded for a necessary update with the new google api update. There is really no more interest to repair this excellent software. Informations will not given. Please simple write a clear answer, what´s the future of calDav sychronizer.

A welcome tool! Happy to have found this. Was paying for another piece of software that was not as user-friendly. There are times there is a mild synchronization issue with a calendar and some of my contacts were a bit messed up in the initial synchronization. A nuisance, but nothing that is unmanageable. Well done.

Would be a really great app, but one of the main features (Contact synronisation) doesnt work for months now and there is no feedback of the developers if or when they will repair that issue! ...if you have a freezer that doesnt feeze its a kind of useless, isnt it!?Reply from Outlook CalDav SynchronizerPosted 2021-11-20
The main feature of this app is how the name suggests to synchronize to CalDav-Servers! Nevertheless migration to Google People API is in progress and will take 2-3 Weeks.
