Rukovoditel - Project Management/CRM Reviews

Rukovoditel, so far has been great. I am still in the design process and so far have only ran into a couple small problems that were very easy to fix by going through the documentation and support forum. The founder and team on the forum are great with support and very responsive. The list of tools available for building your relational database is extensive and make it very easy to build simple no to very little code all way up to very complex coding for your database project. There are tons of great addons with the Extension package that is very reasonably priced and free to upgrade for the life of your site once purchased. The tools available with extension will make managing more complex databases easier to manage and provides tons of ways to integrate from other data sources or export as well. To have the ability to setup auto imports from a file and todo custom mapping templates is a must have for us as our ERP that most of our sales and customer information, production builds and other data comes from will cost us over 20,000 up front / Setup and about 4000 a year subscription to open API access. Because of this we have chosen to upgrade to the Extension to have the great features that will allow us to easily import the data that our current ERP will auto export. So far I have absolutely nothing bad to say about Rukovoditel and am looking forward to future versions, improvements, and features that are sure to come.

Faced with the problem of building a goal-tracking solution within a short timeline, we started researching open source platforms to accelerate our development. Finding Rukovoditel was just what we needed! We have been able to quickly prototype our app and customize the platform to design exactly what we were looking for. The built-in functionality and ability to intuitively customize, have made the experience of working with Rukovoditel great. In addition, Sergey has directly helped us with a few minor glitches. We're excited to be using this platform, and look forward to integrating additional features planned for future releases.

I was looking for such a solution for many days until I found Rukovoditel. This is incredibly good software and it's free for use. There are a lot of options and even more modules if you want (paid). I use the free version and I am very happy with this.

It's a great piece of software which i found after trying 4 different web applications. I have been using project management application for 4 years but none of them provided me complete tools that can help me to cover all aspects from planning to report and feedback for my services management system. This application can also be customized, so that new features can be implemented as per requirement. I had been looking for a project management system and found ASANA, but it didn't quite go all the way where I needed it to go, as far as flexibility was concerned. Then I found Rukovoditel. Within 24 hours of playing around with the free version of this program, I had whipped it into my dream PM system! That is how easy it is to configure. I spent a lot of time in finding the right project management tool. Finally i found Rukovoditel! It is very easy to install it. The Software is so flexible, you can set nearly everything! In the community you can find different translations for free, so it is multilingual too. I only use a small special project (building my own house by self) and i was able du configure the system perfectly for my usage. Just try it! There is a DEMO version you can fully use on the Homepage.

Rukovoditel is a great piece of software which has enhanced our organisation's needs. We are a small non-profit organisation and rely on web-site that is fully customized. With Rukovoditel, it has met many requirements of our organisation and this has therefore been a great piece of software. For a novice coder and software person, this is ideal to change areas and add areas of the software. By having 100% control of Rukovoditel, it really eases how we do our business. The features and UI is simple to use which enhances many of our staffs needs.

And the great thing about it is that you make it work the way YOU want it to; you do not have to conform to any of its restrictions, like you must do with so many other PM systems. I doubt I will ever outgrow this program since it seems to be able to flex and grow with my business and needs.

Too much effort to configure. Wanted something I can use out of the box. Plus it charges money for extras other solutions have built in. Too bad. I was hopeful but it did not work out for me.

First of all - sorry for my english ;-) I've started with qdpm first, but after a few Tests in our factory i was not so happy, because i had to customize the task page, and it was not possible for my case. I wrote a question in a other pm-Forum and after a few hours i became the first answer from Rukovoditel Management with two links to their Homepage where i can download the Project Management Software. After the first Installation on my Server i was realy impressed. What a amazing tool!!! Now i can fully customize every field and can set their permission. Ist just amazing!! Whe use this tool at the Moment to manage our temporary staff. (Project = renamed to recruiters and tasks = temporary staff) Ist just perfect for ist. One of our recruiters insert a new employer short time before his employment is finish, and assign the responsible team leader from the workplace. He's becomes automatically an email with the informations from the temporary worker. After that, he fills out the Tasks (temporary staff) form - which included the Rating and other informations about the education from the temporary worker. When the recruiters are logged in, they can only see their own employees, and when our teamleader logged in they can see every temporary worker we had in the past. As attachemnt whe save their qualifications when we have. Ist just perfect for this :-) If you have any questions i can also (ore better ;-)) answer in german Kind regards Thomas H.

I come across Rukovoditel while searching an open source software. It is very interesting to see the software application in action. It is very easy to use and the most interesting part for me is its task fields are editable and I can add fields of my choice. Another very important aspect is the Application Structure menu where I can add new entities of my choice of fileds which has given much flexibility to the system. I think this application can be very beneficial for those who wish to use an open source application with flixble features.

Rukovoditel is a very nice piece of software designed to help in the process of managing projects and tasks. I have been using it for a while and I can tell it is one of the best projects I have used in the area of managing projects. I can recommend it a lot. It is very flexible, you can add and remove fields for the tasks or the projects so you can customize the whole system to fit your needs, also it has a very useful entities management section where you can customize or add support for new features. It has a nice way to manage reports, you can create as many reports you need selecting and filtering data from tasks, projects, users or any entity created. Everything is done in a clean, intuitive and easy way. All that combined with a very well designed administration area, try it and I can assure you won’t be disappointed.
