Critical Impact

Pros: Very easy to use and simple to generate emails. Uploading lists and organizing is flawless. It's almost perfect!

Cons: Uploading images takes forever and sometimes dynamic lists take very long to generate. I believe you need a better server.

Overall: Overall it is a great system for email marketing. Everything is very easy to use but we would like quicker loading time on images and dynamic lists.

Pros: The calendar view aids in tracking deployments by date, promoting collaborative work among team members. The message editor is user-friendly, and custom field-based subscriber search is a valuable feature. Deployment-specific message metrics are neatly organized and offer exportable one-page reports. Additionally, data/list exports are significantly faster compared to our previous platform, taking less than a minute, even for large exports.

Cons: Until this point, I have not faced any issues with Critical Impact. It performs well in every aspect of email marketing.

Overall: In general, it gets the job done. Although we encountered some initial hiccups when transitioning from our previous platform while searching for specific features, I'm reasonably satisfied with its performance, especially given the cost. We're a small company with a high volume of subscribers and emails, so finding an affordable platform that meets our needs was challenging. Customer service is usually responsive, which I appreciate. However, their responses to questions, which seem common, give the impression that they might be a smaller or newer platform. For instance, we had an issue with ad blockers blocking specific banner ads in the message editor for certain users, a problem I expected to be more widely known given the prevalence of ad blockers.

Pros: The reporting options on Critical Impact are incredible! The email editor is very user friendly and allows you to create custom emails or customize well done templates.

Cons: I honestly do not have any major cons, Critical Impact has been easy to learn with an informative help center/ customer service when I do have an issue

Overall: Overall I love Critical Impact. I was referred to the platform by another user, which is the best way to find a new platform. I have experience with a majority of Critical Impacts competitors, and this platform is my favorite.

Pros: This email marketing platform is very easy to use and includes a plethora of features that make my job as an editor much easier. This is an exceptional drag and drop platform that allows myself to be creative because of the advanced software in place.

Cons: Occasionally, Critical Impact will have issues loading from page to page which can be frustrating, but Critical Impact's customer service team is very responsive and will help work through any issues you have.

Overall: My overall experience using this platform has been positive. My company recently switched from an outdated email marketing platform and we have been satisfied.

Pros: - Critical Impact is an extremely easy to use marketing platform, that allows our customers to manage and execute on their marketing plan.

- Critical Impact offers fantastic support to us when troubleshooting through new workflows like SMS, and giving feedback in helping us improve how we utilize the software as a company.

Cons: - The SMS registration process initially was a very long and drawn out process, with little to no insight into whether we were going to be able to offer this product to our customers. We eventually put together a workflow that worked, but it took months to get to that point.

Overall: In an era where the digital landscape is constantly evolving, staying ahead in the marketing game requires more than just innovative ideas; it demands cutting-edge tools that can seamlessly adapt and drive strategies to success. The Critical Impact Marketing Tool emerges as a true game-changer in this competitive arena, revolutionizing the way businesses approach marketing campaigns and outreach.

Pros: Connected data, active sync, graphics and integration are so good and will set us apart from the competition.

Cons: I wish it were a tad more intuitive. The initial template creation isn't straightforward but once trained it became simpler.

Overall: Overall, the experience has been great. The sales and support teams have been super helpful as we've rolled this out to our customers. We look forward to a long partnership!
