Pros: It's incredibly intuitive, easy to set up, and has all the functionality of the more expensive dataroom sites. The flat cost is a huge benefit as well.

Cons: Not much to complain about to be honest. It has all the features you need, is easier to use than other sites, and is less expensive.

Overall: 10/10 would recommend to anybody needing a dataroom. Very satisfied with their ease of use, breadth of capabilities, price, and fixed fee pricing structure.

Pros: It is an easy way to share confidential documents with multiple parties, track user activity, answer Q&A and customize permissions for each folder.

Cons: Some back-and-forth was needed for our particular needs in terms of users and space, but that wasn't a software issue; it was more of a communication gap.

Overall: My experience with Firmex has been good thus far. It is an easy way to share documents with multiple parties and I can also track activity of user activity.

Pros: Easy and intuitive user interface, very smooth functionality. Both Customer Support and Customer Success Manager are great at responding to queries and providing product updates.

Cons: Setting user permissions is a bit tedious as you have to navigate to every folder to set them and there is summary view of the permissions against each folder.

Overall: The most cost effective and seamless VDR to use for due diligence. It has been a good solution for sharing confidential documents with different user groups. I am more comfortable sharing documents through Firmex than through Google drive/Dropbox, or directly via email.

Pros: The user groups snd access customizability allows hosting complex RFPs and RFIs with certainty!
In addition, the ease of use, ability to create data room built into the tool to manage all of the questions and answers related to the deal itself.

Cons: Storage limit - the limit provided as part of the initial package - It would have been nice to get more storage space for the price paid
