    Overall: Overall my experience with GoToWebinar has been great. My first time using it I was a bit confused where and what the user button options meant, but after presenters explained them, it was pretty simple.

    Pros: Easily to use and also accessible from laptop, mobile phone and other devices. Easy set up and very friendly to use.

    Cons: No concerns so far. But still unknown among many people.

    Cons: Nothing to dislike. It is a robust webcasting solution.

    "About average, all around"

    Pros: Hosting webinars with GoToWebinar is simple enough, and it's been in the space longer than some of the newer alternatives like Zoom and Teams. My team did not have trouble setting up the webinar even on our first try.

    Cons: We didn't seem to get as many attendees as we normally do when we use Zoom, and we suspect it's because people get turned off by the idea of using an unfamiliar app for their webinar (in the university setting, we pretty much only use Zoom for everything virtual)...

    Overall: I think GoToWebinar is a fine software that does its job decently. But its marketshare is going down with increasing number of alternatives, so its pricing is a bit troublesome.

    "GoToWebinar makes it much easier to schedule events and meetings"

    Pros: What we like most about GoToWebinar is that it serves as a very practical tool for scheduling events inside and outside its platform. It has videoconference rooms where we can hold remote meetings. Similarly, the application allows us to send email invitations to schedule events and meetings, in person or not, with all the specifications of time, date and location.

    Cons: We do not like the fact that in its videoconference section it does not have the option of using shared screens in case a specific topic needs to be better explained. Also, unlike other applications that have the same tools, GoToWebinar is a tool that seems expensive compared to others.

    Overall: Although we find this tool a bit expensive and it lacks options in certain aspects, we highly recommend it because we can schedule meetings with employees or customers from the comfort of our offices; we can send invitations to an unlimited number of contacts and we can save certain expenses of face-to-face management.

    "Saving money when organizing events has never been as easy as it is with Gotowebinar"

    Pros: We find very practical on the part of the application the ease of scheduling digital events, the pattern management is very similar to the drafting of an email; just put the title or subject of the event, description and set the date, time or exact location and allows us to send it to an unlimited number of contacts. It also automates meetings through videoconferencing.

    Cons: Although it offers very complete functions, the application is not cheap. It has the highest cost among the different extensions that offer basically the same functions. In addition, in videoconferences it does not have tools that allow the use of shared screens to make the event more dynamic.

    Overall: The application is recommended to manage and automate events and meetings in the shortest possible time. Although it requires a notably high investment compared to other services, it would be profitable in the long term since it will save us a lot of transportation costs and face-to-face management for event guidelines.

    Pros: Ability to easily add events to calendar with reminders; clear and reliable connection and services; ability to register for the event directly through the platform easily.

    Cons: The layout of the platform is pretty basic; no bells and whistles like some of the newer meeting and webinar platforms. The design is a bit outdated compared to some of the newer technologies being offered by other webinar hosting platforms.

    Overall: Overall, this is a reliable service. My company has opted to go with other webinar hosting platforms that offer more features to meet the needs of our interactive events but this is still a great option for hosting webinars.
