Pros: The setting of hosting and/or attending a webinar with only the speakers being visible and audible.

Cons: I use this product one time a month and have not experienced any cons.

Overall: Overall my experience with GoToWebinar has been great. My first time using it I was a bit confused where and what the user button options meant, but after presenters explained them, it was pretty simple.

Pros: - Go To Webinar provides an interactive and user-friendly interface.
- The whole sessions can be recorded for future.
- There are some unique features like polling.

Cons: - There are only few core features that are available natively and for extra features the user has to integrate with third-party tools.

Overall: Overall, Go To webinar is a webinar software with intuitive user-interface and some unique features. The software run smoothly and makes the workflow seamless.

Pros: - It works extremely well even with low bandwidth connections.
- It has some unique set of features like replay.
- It can be easily integrated with third-party software products for additional features and better productivity.
- The interface is easy-to-use and works seamlessly in every condition.

Cons: - The features are confusing to use because of the bad organization of the layout.
- The price of the tool is a bit expensive.
- The tech support is not easy to get and could be more responsive.

Overall: Overall, GoToWebinar is a professional tool for webinars. It has some unique features and seamless user interface. It also functions properly with low network speeds.

Pros: Easily to use and also accessible from laptop, mobile phone and other devices. Easy set up and very friendly to use.

Cons: No concerns so far. But still unknown among many people.

Overall: I first started using this app when I had to attend a webinar using the GoToWebinar app. Since then I have interacted and come across various situations where I had to use this software and I believe that the usage of this software is increasing significantly because of the pros and popularity of the software in recent times.

Pros: Easy on the eyes when it comes to the UI and is fairly easy for regular users to setup, join and watch webinars.

Cons: Nothing to dislike. It is a robust webcasting solution.

Overall: Really like practice mode and live stats for webinar organizers. Cloud based and secure makes it a viable option for large enterprises and SMEs alike.

Pros: One of the best Webinar application. It is cloud based and provides secure connectivity. Works well with mobile and laptop. Fast to connect and hassle-free service.

Cons: I don't have any concerns as of now. Happy with the service.

Pros: Hosting webinars with GoToWebinar is simple enough, and it's been in the space longer than some of the newer alternatives like Zoom and Teams. My team did not have trouble setting up the webinar even on our first try.

Cons: We didn't seem to get as many attendees as we normally do when we use Zoom, and we suspect it's because people get turned off by the idea of using an unfamiliar app for their webinar (in the university setting, we pretty much only use Zoom for everything virtual)...

Overall: I think GoToWebinar is a fine software that does its job decently. But its marketshare is going down with increasing number of alternatives, so its pricing is a bit troublesome.

Pros: What we like most about GoToWebinar is that it serves as a very practical tool for scheduling events inside and outside its platform. It has videoconference rooms where we can hold remote meetings. Similarly, the application allows us to send email invitations to schedule events and meetings, in person or not, with all the specifications of time, date and location.

Cons: We do not like the fact that in its videoconference section it does not have the option of using shared screens in case a specific topic needs to be better explained. Also, unlike other applications that have the same tools, GoToWebinar is a tool that seems expensive compared to others.

Overall: Although we find this tool a bit expensive and it lacks options in certain aspects, we highly recommend it because we can schedule meetings with employees or customers from the comfort of our offices; we can send invitations to an unlimited number of contacts and we can save certain expenses of face-to-face management.

Pros: GoToWebinar works great for when we want to host a webinar. It has always worked flawlessly and has a great image.

Cons: No cons that I could see with GoToWebinar. We liked it.

Overall: I would recommend GoToWebinar if you need a tool for hosting webinars. It is a fantastic resource that works exactly as designed.

Pros: We find very practical on the part of the application the ease of scheduling digital events, the pattern management is very similar to the drafting of an email; just put the title or subject of the event, description and set the date, time or exact location and allows us to send it to an unlimited number of contacts. It also automates meetings through videoconferencing.

Cons: Although it offers very complete functions, the application is not cheap. It has the highest cost among the different extensions that offer basically the same functions. In addition, in videoconferences it does not have tools that allow the use of shared screens to make the event more dynamic.

Overall: The application is recommended to manage and automate events and meetings in the shortest possible time. Although it requires a notably high investment compared to other services, it would be profitable in the long term since it will save us a lot of transportation costs and face-to-face management for event guidelines.

Pros: One of the best product we have been using. Never had any issues during the conference meeting. Audio/Video quality is superb! Its hassle free and user friendly.

Cons: Don't have any issue as of now. Its running smoothly on my pc and smart phone.

Pros: Ability to easily add events to calendar with reminders; clear and reliable connection and services; ability to register for the event directly through the platform easily.

Cons: The layout of the platform is pretty basic; no bells and whistles like some of the newer meeting and webinar platforms. The design is a bit outdated compared to some of the newer technologies being offered by other webinar hosting platforms.

Overall: Overall, this is a reliable service. My company has opted to go with other webinar hosting platforms that offer more features to meet the needs of our interactive events but this is still a great option for hosting webinars.

Pros: Goto webinars is a good platform for conducting webinars. We use it for mainly training sessions and inductions

Overall: Overall an average experience. It works fine for trainings and other webinars. Comparable with Zoom, Cisco and so on.

Pros: It's a simple platform to start your online webinar to reach a large audience. The user interface is clean. It's available on cross-platform to give easy access to any devices. Pre-recorded videos can also be uploaded.

Cons: I never encountered any problem using this platform.

Overall: Webinars is a great way to deliver a presentation or topic discussion to audiences. For this GoToWebinar is a promising platform. Overall it's a great and simple webinar tool.

Pros: Recently attended a webinar on GoToWebinar and I really liked how easy it was to access and the call to action implementation.

Cons: Not much that I don't like about it so far so good.
