Pros: The platform is very easy to use and devices which you can add makes it very great tool if you on a mobile office or you often not at the desk. Also, for a stationary office work the platform can replace a normal desk phone
Cons: Using it almost every day, platform itself works perfectly, hence its relies on your connection.
Overall: It literally changed my working schedule and my mobility, it gives me opportunity to be online even when I'm not in office, and this is very vital for an emergency situation.

Pros: This software is great for allowing us to communicate internally at no cost. It also has the plus of being the only free solution I’ve found with dial in numbers.
Cons: The only con is feature limitations, which is to be expected.
Overall: Overall RingCentral has exceeded my expectations and if we had the need for additional features I’d consider a paid plan.

Pros: Ability to give out RingCentral numbers on cell phones, so users do not need to use their personal number to make contact.
Easy design and interface when setting up users and managing teams.
Support is very quick to respond.Cons: Service is dependent on the internet, so when traveling down the highway, sometimes a call will drop if you have bad cell reception.
Overall: RingCentral has worked wonders for our team and is easy to set up and manage from an Admin perspective.

Pros: Works great for a small to midsized company and is a valuable asset which will enable them to better handle their call volumes.
Cons: End user training is the biggest hurdle I am facing as some are up in age and set in their ways.
Overall: This product is a great alternative to an actual phone system on site so there are not local IT resources needed.

Pros: Has all the features needed with desktop, mobile, and browser capabilities. With click to call from your mobile or browser is a sweet add-on. able to set up simple IVRs for your business needs as well.
Cons: The only con for the system would be when adding new users and setting up extensions could be confusing at first but after you create a few you will get the hang of it.
Overall: Overall I have loved my experience with RingCentral as they have been the leader in this space for many years and have been using them for over 11 years.

Cons: The only downfall to this service is customer service and the cost of the service.

Pros: I appreciated the training package that came with RingCentral. Before my team had questions, they were answered with the thorough layout of the product.
Cons: I did not like the lag time from order date to implementation date. I understand Covid-19 has impacted that time and it is not related specifically to RingCentral.
Overall: I would recommend RingCentral to any team of people looking to increase their ability to use data to make informed decisions.
